After an individual has passed the pre-employment section, he/she must take and pass our Security Officers Mandated Training (SOMT) course. Some topics include: Conflict Resolution, Crisis Management, Sexual Harassment in the Work Place, Work Place Violence, Weapons of Mass Destruction Awareness, NYS Penal Law for Security Personal, Chain of Command, Radio Communications, CPR, Quality Report Writing, First Aid and Fire Safety.
Who can I speak with if I have a problem, concern or an incident occurs at my location?
Stat Security Managers, Field Agents and Dispatch are available 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year. Stat Security understands that in this line of work, situations and emergencies can and will arise at a moments notice. Rest assure Stat is staffed with Security Professionals that include a 24 Hour Central Dispatch Center (CDC), Field Agents and on call Site Managers that can and will respond to all emergencies STAT. Our highly trained Security Field Agents and Site Managers will assist the client accordingly in any situation and will assign additional security staff if the situation warrants. If our client has a concern which may not call for a responder, CDC can be contacted. Our CDC does not consist of customer care representatives; instead it has trained security professionals that will address all of our client's issues and concerns.

Each job is different and a group of hand selected individuals will be chosen to work specific jobs depending on each client's needs. Stat does not hire from a pool, nor do we hire inexperienced individuals just to gain a contract. Each officer represents Stat Security as a whole company and we will not jeopardize our reputation for profit. Stat Security maintains a data base of pre-screened individuals whom have passed the pre-employment and post-employment process and can be ready at a moments notice. In this data base we have individuals ranging from 1 year experience to retired Law Enforcement. We will assess our client's needs and employ individuals accordingly. Stat believes in recruiting rather then placing advertisement for employment.
